Warranty and Returns
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.
Returns - Canada Orders Only
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@undorgarage.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend reusing the box your UNDOR unit was shipped in.
Return Shipping - Canada Orders Only
Return shipping costs a flat rate of $10, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing.
Once we have verified your item upon return, we will issue a refund, minus the return shipping fee, to your original payment method.
USA Orders Are Final Sale
Due to customs, duties, and tariff policies enacted by the United States Government on August 29, 2025, we have no choice but to make all orders shipping to USA customers final sale. This means that once purchased, UNDOR products cannot be returned.
Our warranty is still valid, and in the unlikely event that your UNDOR product arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily issue a replacement at no cost to you.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your UNDOR purchase. That’s why ONIX Brands Inc. provides a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on the UNDOR Pro Protect.
Warranty Coverage
For one (1) year from the original date of purchase, as verified by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or invoice), ONIX Brands Inc. warrants the UNDOR Pro Protect against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
Covered defects include fading, cracking, or warping caused by manufacturing defects.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, modification, impact, or accident;

Damage caused by improper maintenance, chemical exposure, or use outside intended applications;

Damage due to natural disasters, fire, flooding, or external causes;

Normal wear and tear, cosmetic changes, or fading from environmental exposure;

Loss, theft, or removal of the product;
-
Accessories and consumables (including the masonry drill bit or installation hardware), which are provided “as is” with no warranty.
Remedy Under Warranty
If a valid claim is approved, ONIX Brands Inc. will, at its sole discretion:

Repair the defective UNDOR Pro Protect product, or
-
Replace it with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
Repair or replacement is the exclusive remedy under this warranty. Installation, removal, and reinstallation costs are the customer’s responsibility.
The replacement product will be covered only for the remaining term of the original warranty, which cannot be extended, renewed, or transferred.
Limitation of Liability
By purchasing, installing, or using this product, the customer agrees that ONIX Brands Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use or profit.
The customer further agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless ONIX Brands Inc. and its affiliates from any claims or expenses (including legal fees) related to the installation, use, maintenance, or repair of the product.
This clause survives the expiration or termination of the warranty.
