Warranty and Returns

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely pleased with your order, we are here to help.

Returns - Canada Orders Only

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@undorgarage.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit. We recommend reusing the box your UNDOR unit was shipped in.

Return Shipping - Canada Orders Only

Return shipping costs a flat rate of $10, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping and processing.

Once we have verified your item upon return, we will issue a refund, minus the return shipping fee, to your original payment method.

USA Orders Are Final Sale

Due to customs, duties, and tariff policies enacted by the United States Government on August 29, 2025, we have no choice but to make all orders shipping to USA customers final sale. This means that once purchased, UNDOR products cannot be returned. 

Our warranty is still valid, and in the unlikely event that your UNDOR product arrives damaged or faulty, we will happily issue a replacement at no cost to you.

WARRANTY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with UNDOR, that’s why we include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty on UNDOR Pro Protect.

Here are the details as to what’s covered:

For 3 years from the original date of purchase, verified by original receipt/invoice, ONIX Brands Inc. will cover UNDOR Pro Protect for any defects in manufacturing (fading, cracking or warping) including materials and workmanship through normal use. The warranty does not cover against misuse or damage to the product, incorrect installation, negligence, damage caused by natural disaster, or theft or loss of the product. Accessories included with UNDOR Pro Protect including the masonry drill bit are not covered under this warranty and have no guarantee.

During the warranty period, if defects should occur, we will provide free of charge a replacement UNDOR Pro Protect unit with either a new or refurbished unit (at our sole discretion). Installation is the customer’s responsibility. Should this warranty be exercised, the remaining period of warranty coverage will apply to the replacement product. The warranty period is valid from the original purchase date only and cannot be extended or otherwise altered.

By installing and using the product provided by ONIX Brands Inc., the customer agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless ONIX Brands Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and assigns from any and all liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to the installation, use, maintenance or repair of the product, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. This release and indemnification clause shall survive the termination or expiration of any agreement between the parties and shall be binding upon the customer’s successors and assigns.
